Please read all of the designing guides that apply to your reosean before you submit them.
We have guides on everything; halos, nail colors, flesh colors, we have guides to answer nearly any design question you could come up with. These all contain important info and, if the rules within them are not followed, you will be sent to corrections!
Please ensure you consult all guides relevant to your design to make yourself familiar with the markings and their rules. The short time it takes to read through the guides will save you the pain of waiting in corrections ♥

SUBMISSION LIMIT HAS BEEN DROPPED TO 2 DESIGNS/MO.
The limit will increase again after the backlog is under control.
The limit will increase again after the backlog is under control.
Rules and Information
♦ You may submit 2 designs per month. This is to avoid backlog. You can view how many designs you've submitted for the month HERE.
♦ Make sure you've used the correct import template. They can be found here: Official Imports
♦ Upload your design to Sta.sh with the import sheet form filled in the stash file's description. Include the Proof Of Ownership comment in a
comment or at the bottom of the import sheet form.
♦ Double check your background. Changing citizenship post-upload will require a Passport item.
♦ Imports may not contain watermarks (except the World-Of-Reos one). This is to prevent trouble when selling/trading uploaded imports.
♦ Do not resize or modify the design file's dimensions. It must be uploaded in full size (2000x1414 for Vayrons, 2500x1767 for Tyrians). Preferably upload a png. file. If the file is blurry, we will request the full-res version before upload.
♦ Import designs should be submitted without any editing items (Vaybelline Shampoo, Paint Dye, Boxes of Crafts, etc.) - these must be added after upload via Import Changes on the Wor-Keeper as Design Approval admins are not trained on the rules of import edit items.
♦ Design admins may miss something on their first pass over a design, especially if the design is complex/has several errors in it. While we try to minimize sending people to corrections more than once, it does happen.
♦ You may make minor edits once you've submitted your design to DA - do not hide any previous comments. Do not submit one design, then edit the comment/replace the design with a different geno later. This is to prevent "saving spots" in line for DA.
♦ If your design is sent to corrections and you wish to completely overhaul it instead of just making the changes requested, please resubmit the design via a brand new submission rather than responding with a correction to your existing submission. This is because we treat these as though we are reviewing new designs. The use of a Pigmentation Prism on a corrected design will also require you to resubmit to the main thread.

Proofs
♦ You must provide a link to the comment wherein you obtained the geno/semicustom (and all parts). Screenshots are not acceptable, as these are easily edited.
♦ If you got the geno from the Adoption Centre, you must provide the link wherein a staff member confirmed your adoption, not a link to the litter (that doesn't tell us that you adopted the geno, it only tells us that the geno was sent to the adoption center!)
♦ If your geno is the product of a split litter, you must ensure that the pups have all been distributed through the comments. Otherwise, we cannot know which pup belongs to which partner, and you'll be sent to corrections.

Asking for Second OpinionsPlease, if you feel that a correction you've received is unfair/incorrect (it happens!) or would just like a second opinion for any other reason, don't be afraid to politely ask for one! Design Approval works as a team, and asking for those second opinions helps ensure that we're all on the same page!

'Awaiting Trainee Review'If your design receives an "Awaiting Trainee Review!" comment, this means your design is being used to train a new Design Approval admin. As such, these reviews may take a little longer to get to you. Each trainee review is thoroughly looked over and either approved or corrected by a senior DA admin before it is posted to the design.

Design Approval Quick Checklist
These are some of the most common problems we see that get designs sent to corrections; look over yours and make sure they check out!
♦ Make sure all lineart is visibly darker than what it sits over!
♦ Make sure the design is at its original size of 2000x1414 or 2500x1767
♦ Make sure that none of your markings have been made with a binary tool - these will be rejected!
♦ Make sure your pupil is relatively centered and not obscured by highlights!
♦ Make sure your lips and eyelids are visibly darker than the fur around them!
♦ Make sure you haven't used absolute black or black so dark is makes the lineart difficult to see anywhere on the design- if you're using deep blacks, make sure you're using flat black lines in those areas so that the lines can be seen! All black tones used in designs must be above 4% value.
♦ Make sure all gradient markings (Oriental/Bleached, Sable, Pangare, etc.) are appropriately blended out!
Please, make sure you're consulting the guides when you design your children! If you have questions about a design or marking, please feel free to hit us up in our Community Discord!
